Why didn't the steps from my wearable device synchronize with the Elfie app?

We're sorry to hear it happens! Please follow the instructions below to make sure your wearable device and Elfie are both synced to Apple Health and Google Fit.

For your wearable device:

1. Please make sure that your wearable device application is synced to either Apple Health or Google Fit. (some smartwatches notoriously refuse to share data with Google Fit: FitBit, Garmin , Huawei, Xiaomi).

2. If yes, please close Elfie App and reopen, the data should sync to Elfie App already

3. If no, please check your device app and make sure your wearable device would sync the data to Apple Health or Google Fit

4. After the device app syncs the data to Apple Health or Google Fit, please repeat step No.1 and No. 2

For Elfie App:

1. Go to top left corner on Home page, click into the "Settings"  {{= icon}} - "Permissions" - "Fitness tracker"

2. Make sure you allow Apple Health or Google Fit to sync your data to Elfie.

You're all set. Please force shut down your Elfie App and reopen. Your device data should be synced to Elfie in a bit!
